Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is the perfect location for your next big event. Our previous rentals have included: birthday parties, wedding / baby showers and wedding receptions, graduation parties, retirement parties, family functions, neighborhood events, civic events, community events, art shows, craft shows, scout meetings, spiritual gatherings, and private business meetings. The clubhouse address is 396 Farmington Drive. It has 3 six ft., 3 eight ft., and one large round table.
To Reserve the Clubhouse: Please read our clubhouse rules and regulations by clicking on the link below and contacting Ashlee Sullivan (706) 799-4352 about scheduling your next event. Please note that you must be a resident or have a residential sponsor in order to rent the clubhouse. The pool and clubhouse may not be rented together in conjunction with one event.
Clubhouse Rental Costs
Resident Full Day - $200
Resident Deposit - $200
Non- Resident Full Day - $300
Non-Resident Deposit - $300
PLEASE NOTE: Non-Residents MUST HAVE a Farmington/Pinebrook Resident
to serve as SPONSOR in order to reserve the clubhouse.
